6. Character: Colorless crystalline spherical pellets or flaky powder，highly deliquescent. Freely soluble in water, its aqueous solution is neutral or slightly alkaline and corrosive. Soluble in alcohols, insoluble in ethers.

7. Usage: It is used as a food additive, antifreeze, deicing agent, coagulant, calcium fortifier, thickener, color fixative, weight-increasing agent and so on.

8. Packing: It is packed with polythene bag as the inner layer, and plastic woven bag as the outer layer. 500KG net each jumbo bag; 25KG net each small bag.

9. Storage and Transport: It should be stored in a dry, clean, and ventilated warehouse, kept away from water and moisture during transport, unload with care so as to avoid damaging the bags. Be cautious to keep away from moisture and hot.
