6. Character : White or almost white, crystalline powder, colourless crystals or granules. Odorless, has a strongly acid taste. Effloresces in dry air. Very soluble in water, freely soluble in ethanol.

Usage: Food & Drinks: Adds sourness (E330) to sodas, candies, and preserves, and works as a pH balancer and preservative; Medicine: Helps make effervescent tablets (like vitamin C) and stabilizes syrups; Beauty: Adjusts pH in skincare and haircare, and gently exfoliates in AHAs; Industry: Cleans metals, buffers in biotech (PCR kits), and treats water.
8. Packing : It is packed with polyethylene bag as inner layer and a compound plastic woven bag as outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.
