7. Character : White granules or crystalline powder, odorless or with a slight benzoin odor, slightly sweet in taste, astringent. It is of low toxicity. The limit for application in food is 0.1%, and it is not allowed to be used in edible meat and vitamin B1.
8. Usage : Used as a preservative widely used in industry, food, feed, and other industries.
