7. Usage : It can be used in pesticides to synthesize insecticides such as imidacloprid, imidacloprid, and fenitrothion. Used as a dechlorination agent for bleached pulp and cotton fabrics. Used as chelating agents and antioxidants in the food industry, and as detergents and disinfectants in the pharmaceutical industry. Used as an analytical reagent, mordant, and fixative.
