1. Chemical Name: Ammonium Acetate
2.Molecular Formula: CH3COOHNH4
3.Molecular Weight: 77.082
4. CAS: 631-61-8
5. EINECS: 211-162-9
6. Character: White adhesive crystal. Ammonia is easily lost in air. It is easily soluble in water. At 0℃, 148g of ammonium acetate can be dissolved in 100g of water. Its concentrated aqueous solution is weakly acidic, and the pH value of a 0.5mol/L aqueous solution is 7. Soluble in alcohol, slightly soluble in acetone. Irritates skin, mucous membranes, eyes, nose, and throat; damages eyes. High concentrations irritate the lungs, which can lead to fluid buildup in the lungs.
7. Usage: Used as an analytical reagent, chromatographic reagent, and buffering agent; Used for meat preservation, electroplating, water treatment, pharmaceuticals, and so on; Buffer preparation, determination of lead and iron, separation of lead sulfate from other sulfates.
8. Packing: It is packed with a polyethylene bag as the inner layer and a compound plastic woven bag as the outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.
9.Storage and Transport: It should be stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse, be cautious to keep away from moisture and heat, unloaded with care to avoid damage. Furthermore, it should be stored separately from poisonous substances.
